Refund Policy

1. Consulting Retainer Refunds

1.1 The Consulting Retainer of $500.00 is refundable under the conditions set forth below and shall be credited against the Client’s final consulting invoice upon successful receipt of funding.

1.2 The Consulting Retainer is eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met:

The Company has not yet initiated any consultation work or submitted any funding applications on behalf of the Client.

A written refund request is submitted by the Client to hello@unlockedfunding.com within three (3) business days of signing the Agreement.

1.3 If the Company has already begun performing any portion of the Services described in Section 1 of the Agreement—including consultation, file preparation, funding strategy development, or submission of funding applications—no refund of the Consulting Retainer will be issued. However, at the Company's sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered depending on the scope of work completed.

1.4 In the event that the Client chooses not to proceed with funding after consultation has begun, the Consulting Retainer will be applied to time and resources already invested and is not subject to refund.

2. Funding Success Fee Refunds

2.1 The Funding Success Fee, as defined in Section 2.2 of the Agreement, is non-refundable under all circumstances once the Client has received access to funding or a revolving credit line.

2.2 The Client explicitly agrees, upon signing the Agreement, to waive the right to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute related to the Funding Success Fee.

2.3 If the Client fails to remit payment of the Funding Success Fee in accordance with the invoice terms, the Company reserves the right to initiate collection procedures and/or legal action as stated in Section 3.1 of the Agreement.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request for a Consulting Retainer (if eligible), the Client must:

Submit a written request via email to hello@unlockedfunding.com

Include the full name, date of Agreement, and reason for requesting a refund

Await written confirmation from the Company regarding eligibility and processing time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used.

4. Policy Updates

Unlocked Funding Incorporated reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted to the Company’s website or provided in writing to current Clients as applicable.
